1. 檢查保固日期是否過期

2.如果沒問題的話,保固還沒過,可以繼續下個動作Creat RMA

請你填一些有的沒有的資料..地址..電話..email..郵遞區號zip code(必填)
都是要用英文喔,最好有手機,比較好聯絡
完成後會有一個RMA number給你

3.我是用威建的硬碟包裝,硬碟用靜電袋包起來,最好裡面在印一張你的資料,
聯絡電話等等,然後打包,寄到IBM在桃園的轉運站,範例如下

因為這顆seagate 500G硬碟沒有代理商的保固標籤.所以只好自行送UPS到國外的SEAGATE工廠了
大約一星期的時間就送回了.使用者只需付寄送硬碟至桃園UPS的運費80元.其他的費用皆由SEAGATE買單
這是送回的單據


送修過程中SEAGATE都會發信告知處理的狀態
